For clubs

Run the club, not the group chat

Your teams, your coaches and your own page — in one place the whole club shares.

Working today

Apply once, then run it yourself

Register your club, an AthletECO admin reviews it, and you get a portal of your own. While you wait you can finish your profile and add your staff.

A team joins your club only when both sides agree

Invite a coach by email — even one with no account yet — and they choose which team joins. Or a coach asks from their team page and you approve. A team leaves the same way, so nobody's roster moves behind their back.

A public page families can find

Your logo, who you are, your tryouts, your coaches and your teams, at your own address. Most clubs keep their own website and send families here to register.

Interested families in a list, not an inbox

The Register button on your page opens a short form. Families land under Interested families with their contact details, and you mark each one contacted as you work through them.

Your coaches list builds itself

Built from the teams in your club rather than typed, so it cannot go stale. Coaches publish their own bio page when they want one, and you can hide anybody from yours.

Practices and events on the family calendar

Post a practice once or weekly until a date, and families answer Going, Not sure, or Can't make it. Never public.

Dues invoiced to every family on the roster

Set a team's dues as lines (player fee, parks fee, uniform, tournaments) and every rostered family is invoiced. Record cash and cheques against it.

What you've invoiced and what's come in

Invoiced, received and outstanding across the club, drilling into a team and then each family.

Tryouts, start to finish

Families register from your page. You number them, check them in, print the list and pick teams on a board that becomes a real roster.

Being built

Not available yet. We list it because you should know where this is going before you commit a season to it — not because it is here.

Card payments

Families pay dues by card, straight into the club's own account.

Payment reminders and reports

A nudge before dues are late, and reports you can hand to a treasurer.

Waivers

Signed once, kept on file, and visible to the people who need them.
