AthletECO alert texts
AthletECO Sports, LLC sends operational alert texts to its own staff. They are never sent to families, coaches, athletes, organizers or anyone else who uses the platform, and they never carry marketing.
What the texts are
An alert when a courtside scoring console stops reporting during an event, or when a game has been left open for hours with nothing recorded. Each one names the event and the courts involved. For example:
AthletECO URGENT: 2 consoles offline - Spring Shootout 2027 Court 3, Court 4 have stopped reporting for 16+ minutes.
How to sign up
Only AthletECO administrators can sign up. In the admin portal, open Consoles, enter your mobile number under “Text me these alerts”, read the wording below, switch it on and save. We record the number, the wording you agreed to and when. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of using AthletECO.

Text me AthletECO operational alerts at this number: courtside consoles that stop reporting during an event, and games left open. Message frequency varies with events, usually a few a month. Cost
AthletECO does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Stopping, and getting help
Reply STOP to any alert and the texts stop; you get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help. You can also switch texts off on the Consoles page at any time.
Your number
Your mobile number is used only to send these texts, through our messaging provider, Twilio. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Privacy Policy covers everything else we hold, and the Terms of Service apply.
